Illyrian Group was founded in the aftermath of a global reset. COVID-19 didn’t just change where people worked; it changed how companies think about talent. As remote work took hold and AI began to reshape workflows and decision-making, it became clear that traditional recruiting models weren’t keeping pace with a new world of possibility.
We built Illyrian Group to bridge that gap.
Our mission is simple: connect organizations with the best accounting, finance, tax, and M&A professionals, both in their local market and nationwide for fully remote roles.

Corbin transitioned from public service to the recruiting industry because he believed in the importance of work, power of networks and saw an opportunity to lend a more thoughtful experience to candidates and clients.
Since 2018, Corbin’s career has spanned FORTUNE 500, startup and boutique search firm environments in Salt Lake City, San Francisco and Chicago.

The Illyrians, in ancient Greek, were a group of peoples who inhabited the coastal region of Southeastern Europe. Illyrian Group descends from this heritage and aims to navigate its business with the same level of expertise and boldness.
